Is there a risk to using Xlash eyelash serum?
In our safety tests we have not seen any side effects, but as with all cosmetics there is always a risk that some people may be more sensitive to specific ingredients. Beyond the tests themselves, it is also very important that the product contains safe ingredients.
One tip: if you have particularly sensitive skin, try the product on another area of skin before applying it along the lash line!
Is it safe to use Xlash?
Safety and quality are incredibly important to us across all our products, and we consider it fundamental that our customers feel confident in what they use. We put a great deal of work into our product development and always test all our products thoroughly before launch to ensure their safety and efficacy.
Xlash eyelash serum is therefore completely safe to use, and its contents are of course approved under EU cosmetics legislation.
How to use
- Cleanse your face of make-up and impurities.
- Apply Xlash along the upper lash line.
- Repeat once a day.
- Once your lashes have reached their maximum length after approximately 2 months of daily application, it is recommended to reduce application to 1–3 times per week to maintain the result. It is also recommended to pause use of Xlash for 1 month every six months.
What is the difference between Xlash Original and Xlash Sensitive?
Xlash Original and Xlash Sensitive contain different active ingredients — but both deliver clear and noticeable results.
Xlash Sensitive has a mild, hypoallergenic and prostaglandin-free formula, specifically developed for those with sensitive skin or a sensitive eye area. It is built on a Multi-Peptide Complex that extends the lash growth cycle and reduces lash loss, and also contains Bioactive Algae and a Vegan Keratin Complex that strengthen, repair and prevent lash breakage.
The product is used twice daily and gives stronger, healthier and longer lashes with visible results within 6–8 weeks.
Xlash Original is applied once daily and has an active, effective formula with prostaglandin analogues (PGA) that deliver visible results after approximately 28 days, depending on your lashes' natural growth cycle.
The formula contains Biotin, which strengthens and lengthens lashes, Rosemary Extract, which stimulates hair follicles and improves circulation, and Hyaluronic Acid, which moisturises and helps prevent lash breakage.
