Delivery
We at Xlash handle all orders with great care and always strive to deliver your order according to the shipping option you have selected. Available shipping options are displayed at checkout when you complete your purchase.
Orders placed on the website are delivered to the address you provide at the time of purchase. Any shipping costs are always shown at checkout before you finalize your order. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Our normal delivery times are 3–5 business days but may vary depending on the shipping method and destination. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
We are responsible for your order until you have received it. If your package is damaged upon delivery, or if the contents do not match your order confirmation, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. We will then investigate the matter and ensure that the correct product is sent or that a refund is issued. In such cases, we will of course cover any additional costs.
It is important that you provide correct and complete delivery information when placing your order. If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect information or because it was not collected, a return and handling fee may be charged. For uncollected packages, the order will be refunded, but a return shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock when the order is processed, the available products will be shipped. Any undelivered products will be refunded automatically.
