Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By placing an order with us, you accept these terms and are bound by the version in force when you made the purchase. If the terms are updated, Xlash archives the previous version for version-control purposes. If you would like information about the wording of the terms on a specific date, please contact customer service at hello@xlash.com.
Section 7 applies specifically to membership in Xlash Rewards. By creating a customer account, applying for Xlash Rewards membership and actively accepting the membership terms, you enter into a membership agreement with Xlash. Membership is voluntary and is not required in order to make purchases on the Website.
2.PRODUCTS
2.1All products sold on the Website must be used in accordance with the instructions, precautions and guidelines applicable to the product. You are responsible for ensuring that the products you order do not contain any substance or ingredient to which you are allergic.
2.2All products supplied through the Website, including any samples, are intended for personal use only.
3.ORDERING, PRICE AND PAYMENT
Price
3.1Prices are shown in the currency applicable to the market selected on the Website and include applicable VAT where required by law. A delivery charge may apply and, if so, will be shown before the order is completed.
Ordering
3.2When ordering on the Website, you add the relevant product or products to your basket and proceed to checkout. At checkout you select the delivery address, delivery method and payment method. If you have a discount code that you wish to use, you enter it at checkout. To complete a purchase, you must have read and actively accepted these Terms and confirmed that you have read our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is correct, so please check it before completing the purchase. After the order has been placed, you will receive an automatically generated order confirmation by email. To enter into a purchase yourself on the Website you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, the consent of a parent or legal guardian is required to the extent that a purchase by a minor is permitted under applicable law.
Payment
3.3The payment methods available to you are displayed at checkout and may vary by market. Payments are processed by our payment partners, which may include Qliro and, where available, local payment methods. When you use a payment service, the payment provider’s current terms and privacy policy also apply. Further information is available on the relevant provider’s website.
Card payments
3.3.1We offer secure card payments using the card types displayed at checkout, such as Visa and Mastercard, where available. Xlash does not store your complete card details.
Payment services and credit-based payment options
3.3.2Where Qliro or another payment provider offers invoice, buy-now-pay-later or instalment options, a credit assessment or other identity verification may be required. Such assessment or verification is carried out by the payment provider under its own terms and privacy policy.
Local payment methods
3.3.3Local payment methods may be offered where available. The payment methods that can actually be used for your purchase are always shown at checkout.
Gift cards
3.3.4When paying with a gift card, enter the gift-card code in the field indicated for discount codes or gift cards at checkout.
Stock, changes and related matters
3.4We aim to keep information about stock and prices up to date. After receiving an order and sending an order confirmation, we may nevertheless contact you to inform you that we cannot accept the order for one of the following reasons:
•the product is out of stock or no longer available; or
•there has been an error in the price or product description on the Website.
If either situation applies, we will contact you by email. You will be given the opportunity to accept the revised circumstances for the order, for example a changed delivery time or corrected price, or to cancel the order. If you cancel, we will not charge you for the product. If you have already paid, we will refund the relevant amount without undue delay.
3.5We process orders as quickly as possible. Once you have placed the order and received our order confirmation, order processing has begun. We therefore cannot accept changes to an order after the order confirmation has been sent. Please check your order and details carefully before completing the purchase and contact customer service as soon as possible if you have any questions.
Discounts and other offers
3.6From time to time, we may offer promotions, discount codes or gifts with an order (together, “offers”). Offers are valid only for the stated period, while the relevant products remain in stock and otherwise in accordance with the terms stated for the offer. Offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless this is expressly stated. Where a code is required, it must be entered at checkout before the purchase is completed.
3.7If you return ordered products, you may no longer satisfy the conditions of an offer used with the purchase. You may therefore have to return a gift or may cease to qualify for a discount. If the conditions for a gift are no longer met and the gift is not returned, Xlash may deduct the value of the gift from your refund to the extent permitted by applicable law. Otherwise, these Terms also apply to offers.
4.DELIVERY
4.1The delivery methods available to you depend on the delivery address provided. Current delivery options and any carriers are displayed at checkout.
4.2A delivery charge may apply and, if so, will be shown before the order is completed.
4.3Current delivery options and estimated delivery times for your address are shown on the Website and/or at checkout.
5.RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
5.1Where EU consumer law applies to your purchase, you normally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods. You must give Xlash a clear notice of withdrawal within that period and return the goods within the statutory period. Where required by applicable law, an online withdrawal function is made available in the same online interface through which the contract was concluded. Mandatory national law may give you additional or more favourable rights.
5.2The right of withdrawal/cancellation does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken, or to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, to the extent that the relevant exception applies under applicable law.
5.3If you wish to withdraw from/cancel your purchase, please contact us at hello@xlash.com. We will administer your request and send a prepaid return label in accordance with Xlash’s return process.
Returns are sent to: Bonver Logistics, Xlash, Gåshaga Brygga 1, 181 66 Lidingö, Sweden
You may also use the applicable model cancellation/withdrawal form or, where required by law, our online withdrawal function here. When we receive the return, we assess the returned products. Handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods may affect the refund as described in section 5.4.
5.4When returning a product, you are responsible for the goods until Xlash receives them, subject to any mandatory rule to the contrary. You may unpack and inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Please handle the goods with care.
For goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons, the exception in section 5.2 applies. If such goods are sealed for health or hygiene reasons, the seal must not be broken if you wish to retain the right of withdrawal/cancellation. You may inspect the outer packaging without breaking the seal. Where the exception does not apply, the ordinary right to inspect the goods applies.
If you handle goods more than is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, you may be liable for the actual reduction in value caused by that handling. Please use the original packaging where reasonably possible.
5.5Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise specifically agreed. We will refund you without undue delay and no later than the period required by applicable law after receiving notice that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal/cancellation. Where permitted by law, Xlash may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence that you have sent them back.
5.6We do not currently offer product exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the ordered product and place a new order.
5.7In addition to any statutory right of withdrawal, Xlash offers a voluntary 30-day return right from the date you receive the goods. To use this voluntary return right, the item must be unused, any tags must remain attached, the original packaging must be retained and any seal must be unbroken. You must be able to provide a receipt or order confirmation. Before sending the return, you must contact hello@xlash.com, obtain return approval and receive the return instructions. This voluntary 30-day return right is in addition to and does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal or any other mandatory consumer rights. The conditions in this section 5.7 apply only to the voluntary return right.
6.COMPLAINTS AND FAULTY GOODS
Where EU consumer law applies, you have at least the mandatory legal guarantee rights provided by EU and applicable national law for goods that are not in conformity with the contract. As a minimum, EU rules require a legal guarantee period of at least two years. If a lack of conformity becomes apparent within at least one year after delivery, it is presumed to have existed at delivery unless this is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the defect; national law may provide a longer presumption period or other more favourable rights. You must notify Xlash within the period and in the manner required by the law applicable to your purchase.
If you wish to make a complaint about a product, please contact customer service and provide your order number and the reason for the complaint. Where the complaint is justified, the remedies available will depend on applicable law and the circumstances and may include repair, replacement, price reduction or termination/refund. Statutory rights do not cover defects caused by misuse, accident, normal wear and tear or another circumstance for which Xlash is not responsible.
Where a justified complaint requires the product to be returned, we will provide return instructions and, where Xlash is responsible for the return cost, a return label. Any refund will normally be made to the same payment method used for the purchase.
7.XLASH REWARDS
Membership and customer account
7.1Xlash Rewards is Xlash’s customer loyalty programme. To enter into a membership agreement yourself, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may only become a member and use the customer account with the express approval of a parent or legal guardian and to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Membership is personal and may not be transferred. You are responsible for keeping the information you provide accurate and up to date.
By creating a customer account, applying for membership and actively accepting the membership terms, you enter into a membership agreement with Xlash. Membership is voluntary and is not required to shop on the Website.
Personal data and marketing
7.2To administer your Xlash Rewards membership, Xlash processes personal data about you, including contact details, customer-account information, purchase history, points balance and, when you register a purchase from an authorised retailer, information from the receipt you upload. Further information about our processing is available in our Privacy Policy.
Membership does not in itself mean that you consent to marketing by email or SMS. If you give a separate consent to such marketing, you may withdraw it at any time in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Withholding or withdrawing marketing consent does not affect your membership.
Membership benefits and points
7.3As a member, you can access selected member offers and earn membership points. The earning rate applicable to the currency and market of your purchase is shown from time to time on the Website and/or in your customer account. Points may be redeemed for products, discounts or other membership benefits shown in your customer account. Available products and benefits may change over time and may be subject to additional terms.
Points have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money and may not be transferred.
Website purchases and validity of points
7.4For a Website purchase to be registered in Xlash Rewards and earn points, you must be logged into your customer account when the purchase is made. Purchases made without being logged in are not automatically registered to your membership.
Points are calculated on qualifying purchases made during a rolling twelve (12)-month period. Points attributable to a purchase therefore cease to be available twelve (12) months after the purchase date.
Points are registered after a completed purchase and may be adjusted afterwards, for example following a return, refund, cancellation or correction of an error.
Purchases from authorised retailers
7.5You may also register purchases of Xlash products made at authorised retailers participating in Xlash Rewards. To register such a purchase, you must upload a valid receipt through your customer account no later than twelve (12) months after the purchase date.
The receipt must be clear and legible and contain the information needed to verify the purchase, including:
•purchase date;
•product name;
•product price; and
•the retailer from which the product was purchased.
The authorised retailers participating in Xlash Rewards are listed from time to time on the Website. Xlash may refuse to register a purchase if the receipt does not meet these requirements, the information cannot be verified or the same purchase has already been registered.
Returns, refunds and membership points
7.6If you return a product, the points earned on that product will be deducted from your points balance.
If a return causes your points balance to become negative, Xlash may offset the negative balance against points earned on future purchases.
If you redeemed points in connection with an order to receive a product at no additional cost or at a reduced price, and a subsequent return means that the conditions for the points-redemption product are no longer satisfied, that product must also be returned.
Once the points-redemption product has been returned, the points used to obtain it will be credited back to your account.
If you keep the points-redemption product even though the conditions are no longer satisfied, Xlash may, to the extent permitted by applicable law, deduct from your refund an amount corresponding to the product’s regular price or the part of the regular price not paid because of the points redemption.
Personalised member offers
7.7Xlash may use information about your purchase history and your use of Xlash Rewards to select and design member offers and discounts intended to be relevant to you. Further information about the processing of personal data, its legal basis and your rights is available in the Privacy Policy. Marketing by email and SMS is sent only in accordance with applicable commercial-communications rules and the Privacy Policy.
Personal offers and discounts
7.8Offers, discounts and other membership benefits made available through your customer account are personal and may not be transferred to or used by another person.
Offers and discounts may only be used during their stated validity period and in accordance with any other conditions stated for the relevant offer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, member offers and member discounts cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions or offers.
Ending membership at your request
7.9You may end your Xlash Rewards membership at any time through your customer account or by contacting Xlash at hello@xlash.com.
When membership ends, your customer account and the membership features linked to Xlash Rewards will no longer be available to you.
Any remaining points, membership levels, offers, discounts and other membership benefits available when membership ends will lapse without compensation and cannot be restored if you later become a member again. Information about how personal data is handled after membership ends is available in the Privacy Policy.
Xlash’s right to suspend or terminate membership
7.10Xlash may immediately suspend or terminate your membership if you materially breach these terms or misuse Xlash Rewards.
Misuse may include, for example, if you:
•provide false or misleading information in order to obtain points, discounts or other benefits;
•register or attempt to register the same purchase more than once;
•register or attempt to register a purchase made by another person;
•upload a manipulated, forged or otherwise invalid receipt;
•transfer or attempt to transfer personal member offers or benefits; or
•otherwise use Xlash Rewards contrary to its purpose or these terms.
Xlash may correct points, membership levels, discounts or other benefits that have been allocated incorrectly.
If membership is terminated because of a material breach or misuse, any remaining points, membership levels, offers, discounts and other membership benefits available at the time of termination will lapse.
Changes to Xlash Rewards and the membership terms
7.11Xlash may change Xlash Rewards, its membership benefits and these membership terms from time to time. If a change is material to your membership, for example a change to how points are earned, used or expire, we will inform you in an appropriate manner before the change takes effect. If such a change causes a material disadvantage and you do not wish to continue under the amended terms, you may terminate your membership before the change takes effect.
Changes that are solely to your benefit, minor, required by law or a regulatory decision, made for security reasons or to correct an obvious error may be implemented without prior notice to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8.PRIVACY AND USE OF CUSTOMER INFORMATION
We care about your privacy and personal data. Further information about how we process personal data is available in our Privacy Policy.
9.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Content on the Website is owned by Xlash or used with the permission of the relevant rights holder. The content is protected by applicable intellectual-property and marketing laws. Trade marks, business names, product names, images, graphics, design and layout may not be copied or otherwise used without the required permission.
Printing or copying for your own private, non-commercial use is permitted. Otherwise, you may not copy, store, reproduce, adapt, modify, transmit, transfer or otherwise exploit the material or any part of it without Xlash’s prior written permission, except to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
10.CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to amend these Terms. Amended terms will be published on the Website and apply to orders placed after the amendment takes effect. The version in force when you placed an order continues to apply to that order.
11.DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If a dispute between you and Xlash cannot be resolved through customer service, it may be brought before the court that has jurisdiction under mandatory law. Where EU consumer law applies, you may also be entitled to use a competent alternative dispute-resolution body in your country. The European Commission maintains a list of notified consumer dispute-resolution bodies. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is therefore not referred to in these Terms.
