Returns
We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases made on the website. The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive your order or, in the case of split delivery, the last part of your order. If you regret your purchase, you may either return the order or notify us in writing within the withdrawal period that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal by notifying us in writing within the withdrawal period, you should email us stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You may also choose to attach a completed withdrawal form.
After notifying us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us. You may send the return using any shipping provider, and you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping cost. When making a return, please email us to request a return form, which you should print, fill in, and include in the return package.

When returning an item, the customer is responsible for the product until we have received it. To receive a full refund, the product(s) must be returned unopened and sealed for hygiene products. Products that are not sealed or cannot be opened for hygiene reasons may be examined to the same extent as would be permitted in a physical store. If you return a product that cannot be opened for hygiene reasons with a broken seal, a deduction for depreciation may be applied. The depreciation deduction may amount to up to 100% of the product value.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are issued within 14 days from the date we receive your notification that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, provided that we have received the returned item or proof that it has been sent. If you cancel your entire order, we will also refund the shipping cost corresponding to the cheapest available delivery option at the time of purchase. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, the difference will not be refunded.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, you must return the ordered product and place a new order.
A discount code can only be used once and is considered consumed thereafter. This also applies if you choose to cancel your purchase, in whole or in part. Your discount code will not be reactivated, and you will not receive a new code.
Complaints
When you shop at xlash.se, you have a 3-year right to make a complaint. If you wish to make a complaint, please contact our customer service and provide your order number and the reason for the complaint. In the event of an approved complaint, you may have the product repaired or replaced, receive a refund, or a price reduction, depending on the situation. For a complaint to be approved, it must be valid and the defect must not have arisen due to incorrect use or improper handling. You must submit your complaint within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect. If you submit your complaint within two months, it is always considered within a reasonable time.
In the case of an approved complaint, you may need to return the product. In such cases, we will provide you with a return label, and Xlash will cover the return shipping cost. We will also send you a return form to print, fill in, and include in the return package.
