From the tennis court to social media
Linn Ehrenström started playing tennis at the age of four and competed at elite level, winning bronze at the Swedish Championships and competing internationally in Dubai and Kuwait. A back injury ended her competitive career, but her passion for movement and performance is still there. Today she shares training inspiration and lifestyle tips with her followers on social media.
How do you keep your motivation?
"I believe 100% in finding something you think is fun to do. Whether it's walking the dog, playing padel with friends or committing to a sport doesn't matter. As long as you enjoy what you're doing, it's easy to keep your motivation up."
Linn stresses how important it is not to set unrealistic expectations and to train for your own sake rather than to live up to other people's ideals.
Quick and easy when you're short on time
Linn's quick smoothie when time is tight contains banana, frozen strawberries, oats, an egg, peanut butter, quark and water – carbohydrates, fat and protein in one glass.
Linn's best beauty tips
"Being careful to wash your face and moisturise with a good cream. And Xlash Eye Gel Patches work magic!"
She uses Rejuvenating Eye Gels for hydration after intense training days and recommends keeping them in the fridge for extra cooling. For workouts, she prefers waterproof mascara:
"Now I can finally sweat and rub my eyes when I train without having to look like a raccoon!"
