Use

Gently remove the mask from the plastic sheet.
Apply to clean, dry skin.
For overnight use: leave the mask on while you sleep and remove it in the morning after a good night's rest.
For daytime use: leave on for 4 hours or until the mask turns transparent pink.
Follow up with your daily moisturizer.
